1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by you with LizArtworks Finland OY, Business ID 3495904-1, VAT ID FI34959041, when purchasing coffee and related products through the online store available at https://www.skargardssavor.fi.

By accessing the Store or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Use of the Store

You agree to use the Store only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of LizArtworks Finland OY or any third party.

LizArtworks Finland OY reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Store if misuse, fraud, or other prohibited conduct is suspected.

4. Products and Availability

Product descriptions, including origin, roast level, and tasting notes, are provided on the product pages and may be updated from time to time.

All products are subject to availability. LizArtworks Finland OY reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

5. Pricing and Currency

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT in accordance with Finnish tax legislation, as indicated at checkout.

Prices may be changed at any time; however, the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase will apply to that order, except in cases of obvious pricing errors or changes required by law (e.g. VAT rate changes).

6. Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products under these Terms.

A binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from LizArtworks Finland OY. If no confirmation is sent, LizArtworks Finland OY is not obligated to supply the products.

We reserve the right to refuse an order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

7. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout (e.g. online banking, card payment, digital payment providers).

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment service providers. LizArtworks Finland OY does not store full payment card details.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Products are shipped to the address or pickup point selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the products.

9. Freshness, Storage, and Quality

Coffee is a perishable, natural agricultural product. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Minor variations in roast profile or taste may occur between batches and do not constitute a defect.

While care is taken in handling and packaging, we cannot guarantee products are free from trace allergens.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products once the seal has been broken after delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

11. Returns and Complaints

To report a problem or request a return, contact info@skargardssavor.fi within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.

12. Defective or Damaged Products

If products are delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us without undue delay and preferably include photographs.

Where a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with applicable law.

13. Subscriptions (if applicable)

If subscription services are offered, their terms (billing frequency, cancellation) will be stated on the relevant product page.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at least one (1) day before the next billing date unless otherwise stated.

14. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of LizArtworks Finland OY or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Content may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LizArtworks Finland OY shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or force-majeure events beyond reasonable control (e.g. transport disruptions, strikes, extreme weather).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

17. Personal Data and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform where applicable.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
